Can I make a return?
Beautiful Mesoamérica omits returns, however it grants a coupon equivalent to the amount to our buyers in case of having a fault with your product.
Beautiful Mesoamerica will generate a change as long as:
- It is made within a period of 8 days after receipt.
- Garments must be in original, unworn and tagged condition to be eligible for an exchange.
- Customers are responsible for the return costs.
- We recommend using traceable services.
- During peak season or new releases, there may be a stock limit on our products, for which a credit will be issued within the online store.

Where can I get a guide for my change?
A new guide can be obtained from your local USPS post office, customers will be responsible for postage.

What can I do if I receive a defective item?
We are very sorry! Before shipping, items are carefully inspected and will likely be damaged in the way of shipping. Don't worry, your parts have a quality guarantee, please contact us within 48 HOURS following to inform us of the problem. If we are not notified within 48 hours of receiving the order, it will no longer be considered a replacement.
You must include a photo of the damage / defect and your order number with your email.
