RETURN POLICY

The following terms apply to all shipments made in the United States, such
policy may change without notice on the Beautiful Mesoamerica® platform, so
the user is fully entitled and must read these policies at each purchase.
Beautiful Mesoamerica® will be able to make the returns as long as they
comply with each and every one of the conditions established in this policy.

RETURN

Customer return

You may request the return of a product purchased at Beautiful
Mesoamerica®, as long as the product is received broken or with
imperfection, the content is incomplete or not the one requested. Similarly, if it
is desired to rescind said product, the package must be intact (not open), the
product in the good condition in which it was sent; If the product is part of a
package or includes a gift, it must be returned under the same conditions.

The shipping costs are not refundable and on the part of the return of
handicrafts (garments, accessories, Huichol art and black clay), the shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Beautiful Mesoamerica® is not responsible for
these expenses unless the product that was sent is in poor condition.

The maximum term to receive a return of a craft product is 15 calendar days
from the date of receipt of the order.

All returns are subject to an administrative charge according to the following
criteria:

 Day 1 to 5: 10% of the value of the product.
 Day 6 to 15: 15% of the value of the product.

The refund does not apply if the product has any of the following cases:

 The product was used.
 The package or box is open after a return request for the product has
been requested.
 The box is scratched, with bumps, dirty, wet or with another form of
abuse.
 The packaging or the box is not original.
 The product has been requested upon request.
 The product is obsolete or is no longer in stock.
 The description of the product includes the legend " No Refund and /
or Cancellation".
 The product was sold at a discount or in a promotion.
 When the return period has been exceeded
 If there is any anomaly and a refund is requested after the
established period.

You must fill out the application.

 Identify:
-Order number.
-Category of the Product.
-Quantity (in case of several pieces of the same model).
-Motive of return.
-Seller Name

Your request will be answered and evaluated the same day as long as it is
received within the following schedule:
Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM US time (GMT-5).
When the return is authorized
You will be sent by email the instructions you must follow to return the
product, including the authorization number (which is valid for 5 calendar days
from the issuance) and the address where it should be sent.
Once the product is received
If you comply with the return conditions, a credit note will be issued for the
amount paid for the product at the time of placing your order, less the
administrative charge for return. You can use the Credit Note to make another
purchase or get a refund of your payment.
If you want to use the Credit Note in another purchase you must request it
to the sales area to the email beautifulmesoamerica@gmail.com or to the
Seller with whom you have placed your order.
If you wish to use the Credit Note for the refund of your payment you must
request it to the email beautifulmesoamerica@gmail.com who will send you by

email the corresponding instructions, where they will request the information
of your bank account in case your payment has been made. made with
deposit, bank transfer or Dinero Mail (Oxxo, Spei, etc). This procedure may
take up to 30 business days from the receipt of your bank information.
If your payment was by credit or debit card, the refund or cancellation of the
charge will be made to the same credit or debit card with which you made the
payment. This procedure can take up to 15 business days according to the
policies of the card issuing banks.
If your payment was made through Paypal, the refund will be made to your
Paypal account, this process may take 10 business days.
If you do not comply with the return conditions, you will be notified by email
and you will have to pay the cost of the return freight.
Important:
 It is likely that during the return process you will be asked for additional
information such as photographs of the product.
 If the return is authorized, you must send the product correctly packed
and adequately protected against bumps, humidity, static, dust,
excessive heat, etc., freight paid to the address indicated.
 The insurance during the transfer, taxes, legal, ecological problems,
accidents, security, theft, loss or any other aspect or procedure for the
return are at your expense and are your responsibility.
 After 15 calendar days no refunds of any kind are accepted.
 Any gift that has been granted along with the purchase product must be
returned.
Return by mistake in the product sent
If another product was sent to you by mistake, Beautiful Mesoamerica® will
collect the incorrect product and will send the one you requested free of
charge, provided it is in stock, otherwise a Credit Note will be issued for the
amount paid for the product and shipping costs in effect at the time of placing
your order. You can use the Credit Note in another purchase or to receive a
refund of your payment.

 We will ask you to indicate in which days we can go to collect the
product sent by mistake.

 We will confirm with you the address where the collection will be made.
 We will send you the collection guide to your email.
 We will ask you to print and paste it on the product packaging.
 We will send a parcel courier to collect.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations

An order can be canceled totally or partially as long as it has not been
released in stock.
Orders that are in the "Pending" status may be canceled by sending a
